Meet the Team
Our talented team is made up of passionate specialists in their field, dedicated to delivering high-quality results.
Technical Director
Alex Hurt
As Technical Director, Alex oversees all design-work, and the smooth running of our advanced CNCs.
This title is appropriate because, technically, he does do some of those things.
Business Manager
George Hurt
As the most intelligent and best-looking member of the team, George is responsible for keeping everything and everybody on their HSE compliant steel-capped toes. He also edits the website.
Operations Manager
Jen Longland
Jen ensures the smooth-running of our day-to-day operations.
She also has overall responsibility for all quotations, so be nice to her.
Workshop Manager
Chris Cooper
With over 20 years experience with us under his tool-belt, Chris leads the team with all hands-on work, and does his best to ensure everybody's hands remain on.
-
Joinery Team
Measure once.
Cut once.

We're paying them hourly.
-
Technical Team
These guys think a thousandth of a millimeter per second. Which, admittedly, isn't very fast.
But my gosh and golly are they precise.
-
Finishing Team
Nice guys finish last. Which is good, because that's exactly when the finishing is supposed to be done.
Founder
Richard Hurt
Richard founded his company with a vision for design, innovation, and always having the right tool for whatever job Caroline's been banging on about recently.
Company Secretary
Caroline Hurt
Caroline comes into the office to organise the stationery every Monday.
This is because there's an 8% chance it'll be a bank holiday anyway.
Janitor
Zander
Zander is a fully-certified good boy.
His duties include cleaning up whatever gets dropped on the canteen floor and quality-checking all tummy rubs.
Wellness Coordinator
Luna
Specialises in stress reduction and sit-down sessions.
Luna often reminds staff to get outside, breathe in the fresh air, and see how far they can throw a stick.
