3 axis routing

We use state of the art CNC routers which provide fast, accurate and wide ranging machining capabilities. We can work with plastics, aluminium, laminates, veneers and composite sheet materials alongside the wooden materials we are known for. We have accumulated many years experience using this type of machine and we use market leading software including Alphacam, and Solidworks.

The 3 axis CNC has a double set of machining heads and tables which can lock together or work independently, making it perfect for either machining large sheets of material or mass producing smaller components very efficiently.

Tooling

Because no two jobs are the same we have an extensive range of tooling available in our library. If, however, we don't have just the right one we have several suppliers that can provide most tooling within a few days to your specification.

We are also able to create organic shapes and one off parts using standard tooling if the job does not warrant the expense of custom made tools.
