We use state of the art CNC routers which give fast, accurate and wide ranging machining capabilities. As well as wood we can cut sheet materials, plastics, aluminium, laminates, veneers and composite materials. We have 15 years experience of using this type of machine and we use market leading software including Alphacam, Solidworks and Delcam.
Because no two jobs are the same we have an extensive range of tooling available in our library. If however we dont have just the right one, we have several suppliers that can provide most tooling within a few days to your specification.
We are also able to create organic shapes and one off parts using standard tooling if the job does not warrant the expense of custom made tools.
